Tx?

A

Ascending/Acute Cholangitis

Tx:

  • Admit & consult gastroent emergently!
  • Broad abx: piper-taco, Cef+Metro, Cipro+Metro
  • ERCP w/ sphincterotomy & stone extraction, stent placement
  • Follow w/ CCY
