Explain what Staff Development means to you. Describe your experience in developing and providing staff development.
Region XIII-was a trainer
The best training is to ID, with our staff, needs, then study and practice together. One day workshops or trainings or helpful, but often not effective. Our work needs to be tied to expectations, our work, performance as a circle of events, not in isolation. It helps to slow down and get one thing right and go in depth.
