  1. pre-existing or temporary deficiency of body’s qi and blood, weak constitution, and deficient wei qi
  2. exposure to adverse or unreasonable weather (weather is stronger than YOU)
  3. Prolonged living in damp environment, wading in water, exposure to wind after sweating
  4. excessive physical activities or exercise, repetitive strin, overuse, poor posture, trauma
