Uncommon form
Hypertrophied media instead of intima
Drain into sinusoids - not like classical
Persistence of enhancement
Lack of central scar
Hyperintense in T1 and t2

Infantile hemangioendothelioma
A
Less than 6 months most common hepatic tumor
Multiple usually
Enhancement as in adult
But hemorrhage, fibrosis and calcification common..can cause hemoperitoneum, thrombocytopenia, chf
Usually spontaneously resolve

Mesenchymal hamartoma
A
Cystic (cystic predominance) or solid with multiple cysts (mesenchymal predominance)
Less than 3 years
Solid com can enhance
No need of surgery
