Endocervical tunnel clusters
A
Two patterns:
- Type A > Dilated spaces, filled with mucin, scalloped gland outlines
- Type B > Lobular groups of small acini or tubules lined by flat epithelium
No desmoplasia or deep invasion
Negative for p53 (usually only positive in neoplastic lesions of the endocervix; except for florid microglandular hyperplasia)
Benign, no treatment required

Microglandular hyperplasia
A
Usually in reproductive-age women
Tightly packed glands that vary in size Bland nuclei Absent mitosis Scant stroma, usually has inflammatory cells Cystic dilatation
DDx: endocervical AIS, well-diff endometrioid endometrial adenocarcinoma
