What is a behavioural adaptation?

A

A change to an action that increases chance of survival

—> e.g. “playing dead” to avoid predation

A

A change to bodily processes to increase chance of survival.

—> e.g. producing venom to kill predators/ protect themselves from predation

A

A change to body structure to increase chance of survival.

—> e.g. thick layer of blubber to keep individuals warm who live in cold habitats
