Who drives the SPPR meeting?
Operations Manager
When must feedbacks be approved?
NLT the end of meeting. However, it states that all feedbacks, outside of exemptions, must be approved prior to the meeting.
When must the Ops Manager escalate late feedbacks?
Any feedback older than two working days must be escalated to senior leadership.
FC exemption percentage must not exceed _?
2%, otherwise requires GM deepdive.
Feedback must be delivered at a __% rate?
95%
How are associate barriers documented prior to SPPR?
Via a Performance Coaching Audit.
SPPR Weekly Metrics for Feedback
Target 10%- percentage pending feedback
Target 2%- percentage exempted feedbacks
Target 5%- percentage associates receiving corrective feedback
Target 75%- percentage of associates above 110% to LC.
Re-Train TT
There is a TT on the benchmark- must be completed as should the re-train form provided by Learning.
Learning Curve ADAPT HUD
Able to see how many associates are in learning in a given time period. Very useful.
SPPR Notes
Attendees
Meeting start and end time: No less than 10, no more than 30.
Number and Names of any termination
Number and percentage of total exemptions granted
Number and percentage of total overrides granted
Previous week completion percentage and the largest misses by manager- ensuring any barriers for any manager can be resolved for the current SPPR feedback delivery.
When must feedbacks be delivered?
Immediately. No more than (2) working days.
SPPR - Rate Validation
The Rate Validation report must be reviewed, at the conclusion of the second SPPR of every month.
Posting Rates- When?
- Prior to associate’s first scheduled shift, rates for the previous week must be posted.
- Daily, week to date rates must be posted.
- Prior to the shift the rates for the previous day must be posted.
- Prior to lunch, the rates for the current shift must be posted.
- Prior to all breaks, the rates for the current shift must be posted.
