When may new associates be moved to another process path?
When AA has work 120 or less hours in a process path.
At what point must a re-train be offered to an associate?
2WW in Productivity or Quality.
When will an associate be reset in LC for a given process?
If an AA has not worked in that process for 90 days or more.
How are your PA’s graded?
Tier III associates are measured on their leadership, people engagement, and role modeling behaviors versus productivity expectation rates.
What are the SPPR productivity timeframes?
Wednesday 0500 to current Wednesday 0500.
What are the SPPR quality timeframes?
Monday 0500 to current week Monday 0500.
Top Performer Feedback?
Top 10% receive written positive feedback.
Associates over 100% receive verbal positive feedback
What is the Supportive Coaching Zone?
Associates that perform above the bottom 5% for productivity and/or above the bottom 10% for quality.
Verbal Coach, Documented Coach, 1WW (active 30 days), 2WW (active 60 days), FWW (active 90 days).
SPPR Feedback timeline?
All feedback should be delivered the day of SPPR or by the end of the next scheduled shift. If not, associate should only be reviewed for the time after they received the feedback.
What is an exemption?
Anytime a barrier exists that prevented the associate from being successful- exemption.
Override, as I understand, is when you adjust the category.
