Congruence is the level of similarity between the ideal self and actual self
Roger’s believed that all people are good and that human nature is positive
Everyone is capable of personal brown and achieving their potential

Conditions we think we must meet in order for other people to accept up as worthy of their love and acceptance and to see ourselves positively
