Based on OC principles
Aim to replace undesirable behaviours with desirable
Through pos/neg reinforcement

All human behaviour is learnt
= Obedient behaviours reinforced
While disobedience punished
Token economy systems
Desired e.g. making bed
Followed by reward x reinforced by token
Disobedience= rewards withheld = punishment
