When supporting behaviour change, self-efficacy is an important element in self-achievement of lifestyle foals. What are the 4 elements that support behaviour change?

A

Vicarious Experience: see someone else succeeding motivates our own self-efficacy.
Verbal Persuasion: Direct encouragement or discouragement from another person.
Performance Attainment: success raises one’s self-efficacy, while failure lowers it - highlight the little wins.
Physiological/Psychological State: Distress Vs Eustress and one’s perception of both.
