low relationship, low task - minimum effort is exerted

low relationship, high task - efficiency= results lack of care for the people
Opportunism
use combination of styles for personal advancement
maternalism/paternalism
leaders who use high low on both sides, but can’t integrate both
Charismatic Leadership
having an appealing vision with emotional appeals, very confident and optimistic

positives: research backed, task relationship, leaders can learn about themselves
negatives: didn’t find universal leadership style, implies best is 9,9
