I don’t know what to do next. I’ll g into the bathroom and look in the mirror.
Going into the bathroom when I’m feeling indecisive or anxious will only make things much harder. If I do something different things will get much easier.
If I try to do something else, I might fail.
If you don’t try, you will certainly fail.
I just need one more look in the mirror before I do something else.
No you don’t. You can do something else right now.
I can’t do anything until my skin looks better.
You can do anything you want to do. It has nothing to do with how your skin looks.
Things would be much easier if my skin looked better.
If I didn’t focus so much on my skin I could focus on so many other things.
I feel upset. I’ll go make myself feel better by going into the bathroom, examining and attempting to fix my skin.
I do feel upset. I will do something different to make myself feel better. I will….play with Peppe, write about it, meditate, draw/ color, read, tap, look for jobs, clean, rest, go for a walk, practice yoga, do something off to do list, etc.
I’ll just go in and check to see how things are going.
Checking only makes things worse. Check in a month.
