BC would be a 3, You can see the hook and pin very clearly, the ribs are pretty visible and you can see the spine of the animal and very little muscle

BC would a 5, the last two ribs are visible but you can’t see the rest of the ribs which is good, tailhead is full but not to rounded, you can see the pin but not a whole lot, the hook is not visible.
What is the body condition score of this cow and reasoning
BC would be 7, fuller tailhead, ribs are not visible, you can barley see the hook, fat is a bit more fatty that normal.
