When are the watershed infarct typically seen?
After a hypotensive episode
what are Saccular (berry) aneurysms?
They occur at bifurcations in the circle of willis
Where is the most common berry aneurysm?
At the bifurcation of the anterior communicating and the anterior cerebral artery
What the causes of these berry aneurysms?
genetics, smoking and HTN
