Be Honest and Direct Flashcards
“Be Honest and Direct” Definition
We seek direct, open and constructive communication with our teammates even when the topics are challenging and emotional. There are not elephants in the room at the Deliverr. We share our point of view backed by facts even if it means disagreeing with your manager, a large group or the CEO. We engage to find the best solution to the problem at hand. Once we make a decision we all commit not matter which side of the argument we were on. We make it safe to have these conversations backed by a philosophy of “assuming positive intent”
