Owners act even in the face of short term failures as they build for the long term. Owners accept full responsibility when it is not formally assigned, they collaborate toward success of project they take initaitve and they hold their co-workers and organizations accountable. Owners spend resources and money like its their own. They openly challenge the “Why’s” behind an initiative to ensure sound decision making.
