We always keep our client’s reputation in mind when dealing with homeowners. We know that their reputation is on the line and a HO could get upset if we cause any issues. Thats why when claims are denied we do everything we can to adjust invoices to make sure the homeowner is happy. In certain cases we will take care of the entire bill if it helps our client because we know that when win together in the long run.
