BCS members receive IT NOW magazines to provide awareness of new development and current topics of interest to profession.

Opportunities for development of experiences through engaging in meetings and activities through its branches and specialist graps.

BCS offer members to revalidate their skills every five years e.g SFIAplus framework.

●The public interest
- members to be aware of and comply with aspects of the law and regulations.
- Due regard for privacy and human rights and avoid discrimination.
- Have due regard for public health, privacy, security, and well-being of others and the environment.

●Professional competence and integrity
- members require to keep their professional skills up to date and be familiar with their professions.

●Duty to relevant authority
- members should carry out their professional duties with due care and diligence.

●Duty to the profession
- to uphold the reputation and good standing of BCS in particular and profession in general.
