- > big networks have more weak ties -> acces to ‘exclusive’ info
- content: nature and strength of connections
- > promotes strong ties -> can lead to solidarity

the perceived ability to attain sustainable employment appropriate to one’s qualification level. consists of two dimension
1) internal perceived employability : relates to perceptions of abilities, ambition & career skills
2) external perceived employability: relates to perceptions of labor market factors & demographics
these two dimensions are intrinsically linked, because the internal employability influences how the external employability is percieved and vice versa
