The effectiveness of written content depends on the correct choice of words, their organization into a right sentence sequence, and cohesiveness in the sentence.

List the seven elements of effective written communication
The seven elements of effective written communication are:
a. Clear: the message should not be vague or confusing.
b. Correct: the message should be free of any grammatical and spelling mistakes. Also, the facts mentioned in the message must be accurate.
c. Complete: the message should be complete, that is, it must include all the relevant information. The complete message answers most of the question that receivers might have; thus, reducing the need for further correspondence.
d. Concrete: the content should be supported by facts and figures.
e. Concise: the message should be precise and to the point. A short and brief message helps to retain the receiver attention and saves time.
f. Consideration: the centre must take into consideration the receiver’s opinions, knowledge, mindset, background, etc., to communicate effectively.
g. Courteous: the standard must consider feelings and viewpoints of the receiver while drafting the message.

i. Assertive sentence- I study in class IX.
ii. Imperative sentence- Have a great day!

What are prepositions? Explain with the help of an example
A preposition describes a relationship between other words in a sentence. For
example, ‘The book is on the table’. The word ‘on’ describes the relationship
between the book and the table.
What are interjection? What is the importance in the written form of communication
Interjection refers to a word or phrase that expresses a strong emotion. They are
usually followed by an exclamation sign’!’, for example, Ouch!. In the absence of
non-verbal cues in the written form of communication, an interjection is a helps
to shows the emotion or feeling of the author.
What are indefinite articles in the English language? Where are the used?
Indefinite Articles (‘A’ and ‘An’) are used before Singular Countable Nouns (SCN)
to indicate that the noun they precede does not refer to any particular person or
thing. Usually, these articles are used to introduce new concepts. For example, ‘a
book’ refers to any book and not a specific book.

Akshay wrote a sentence, ‘I bought HD television set’ in English test, and the teacher mark it incorrect. Can you help him to write the correct sentence? Tell him the rules that he should follow while using articles in sentences.
The correct sentence is, ‘I bought an HD television set’. While writing the
indefinite articles, the initial sound is important and not the spelling. The word
HD begins with a consonant letter but have vowel sound (ech). Therefore, it
should have the article ‘an’ before it.
