Involved with emotions, drives, and memory
Includes the hippocampus, amygdala, and the hypothalamus.
Hypothalamus
Eating, drinking, body temperature, and control of emotions - It helps govern the endocrine system.
Reward Center
Limbic system.
Reward Deficiency Syndrome
Genetically disposed deficiency in the natural brain systems for pleasure
Leads people to crave whatever provides that are missing pleasure or relieves negative feeling.
Amygdala
Linked to the emotions of fear and anger.
Hippocampus
Contributes to the formation of memories.
