  4. Compass CCI pages prohibit an assumed temperature takeoff
  5. Any time LLWS is reported or present
  6. Any time there is significant weather which may produce wind shear (i.e. Thunderstorm)
  7. The PIC Determines the conditions for an assumed temperature takeoff are unsafe
