Tell me about your experience as a Full-Stack developer.
I have worked as a full-stack developer for 5 years. In my previous role, I helped create and take care of web applications. I have experience with many web development skills, such as Ext JS, JavaScript, PHP, Python, HTML, CSS, and MSSQL. I also know how to use development tools like Git, VSCode, and SQL Server Management Studio. I am very motivated and focused on getting good results. I work well with others and enjoy helping them. I believe my skills and experience make me a great fit for this position.
What are your strengths and weaknesses as a Full Stack developer?
My strengths as a full-stack developer are my solid technical skills, working well alone and with a team, and finishing tasks on time. My weaknesses are not knowing some new technologies and sometimes trying too hard to make things perfect. But I always try to improve my skills and learn more. I believe I can overcome my weaknesses.
What are your thoughts on the future of full-stack development?
The future looks good for full-stack development. As technology keeps changing, more full-stack developers will be needed to create and take care of complicated web applications.
What are your salary expectations?
I am open to discussing salary expectations once I have a better understanding of the role and the company. However, I am confident that my skills and experience are worth a competitive salary.

My goal is to get better at my job, learn more, and help a great team. I want to take on bigger tasks, make a positive impact, and grow in my career while helping the company succeed.
What was your most challenging web development project? What happened?
In a past job, I managed many tasks with short deadlines for multiple web applications. I figured out which tasks were most urgent and important, made a plan, and set time aside for each. I used good time planning, stayed focused, and talked to others involved. I stayed flexible, checked my progress, and changed priorities if needed. I finished all tasks well and on time.
How would other developers and project managers you’ve worked with describe you?
As a full-stack developer, others see me as a hardworking team player with good skills in both front-end and back-end technologies. I am known for solving problems, working well with others, and always delivering quality work on time. I keep learning and adapting to new trends, making me a valuable team member who contributes to a project’s overall success.
What type of environment do you thrive in? and How do you ensure there are no errors in your work?
Opportunities to learn new technologies and enhance my skills. I do not think it is possible there are no errors in my work, but for fewer errors, I try to write clean, modular code following best practices
and debugging and using appropriate tools for error tracking.
Can you tell me more about your experience with Ext JS and JavaScript?
I have been working with Ext JS and JavaScript for the past 5 years. I have experience with a variety of Ext JS components, such as grids, trees, and forms. I am also proficient in using JavaScript to develop custom functionality. I am confident that my skills and experience with Ext JS and JavaScript will make me a valuable asset to this position.
