The clinical smell may trigger bad memories

If the dental professional comes off as intimidating then the patient may find them unsympathetic and may not come back for future appointments

The patient may want to solve aesthetic problems first however there may be underlying dental problems that need to be addressed first
To overcome the dentist should explain the benefit fully and make sure the outcome of the treatment benefits the patients

But overall public promotion is more beneficial in this scenario

As a dentist you must respect and work with the patient and their religion
