Directions:
Build in Pint Glass
1/2 oz Strawberry puree
1 oz Ginger Simple syrup
1 1/2 oz Fresh Orange juice
Stir with tall spoon
Ice in HIGHBALL Glass
Pour in Mixture
Top with Soda Water
Garnish:
1 Strawberry Slice
1 Orange Wheel
Hibiscus Blackberry Cooler Mocktail
Directions:
Build in Large Shaker
1/2 oz Lime juice
3 Blackberries
2 oz Hibiscus tea
1 oz Simple Syrup
Muddle
Ice in Rocks Glass
Pour in contents
Top with STARRY
Garnish:
Lime Wheel
Blackberry with toothpick
Spiced Pineapple Cooler
Mocktail
Directions:
Equal parts:
Pineapple juice
White grape juice
Lemonade
* mixture in fridge
Small beer glass 1/2 way with ice
Pour in juice mixture
4 Drops of Chamey Tahin
Sprinkle Chili blend
Pour contents into shaker & toss
Pour back into small beer glass
Garnish:
2 Pineapple
1 Marschino Cherry
1 Jalapeno
Cold Brew Bourbon Mocha
Directions:
1 scoop of ice in large shaker
Pour:
4 oz Cold Brew
1 1/2 oz Knob Creek Bourbon
1/2 Pump Vanilla
1 Pump Chocolate
Shake well, but quick 5 seconds
Drizzle inside of small beer glass with chocolate
Pour contents into glass
Top with 2 things of Half & Half
Add whip cream
Add Chocolate drizzle
Add Cherry
Honey Ginger & Orange Sour
Rub Rim of TULIP GLASS with Orange piece
BUILD in large shaker:
Scoop of Ice
1 1/2 oz Honey Ginger
1 1/2 oz Ketel One Vodka
1 oz Orange Juice
1/4 oz Lemon Juice
1 Egg White
1/4 oz Cointreau
Shake hard and double strain into TULIP GLASS
Garnish:
Orange wheel and mint leaf laid on top

Directions:
Prep 1 shot of espresso
Rim MARTINI GLASS with chocolate syrup
Dip rim into crush Hazelnut
BUILD in large shaker:
Scoop of Ice
1 oz Titos Vodka

1/4 oz Baileys
1/4 oz Frangelico
1/4 oz Heavy Cream
1 Pump Chocolate
SHAKE HARD
Strain into glass
Garnish:
Toothpick thru Ferrero Chocolate, place across rim

Add ice to small beer glass
Use premade sangria mix and pour into glass
Top with Ginger Ale

Shake HARD and strain into glass

Directions:
Add to Pint Glass:
2 Lime wedges
3 Mint Leaves
1/2 oz Blackberry puree
1/2 oz simple syrup
3 Blackberries
MUDDLE WELL
ADD:
1 1/2 oz Makers Mark Bourbon
Scoop of Ice and Shake well
Pour mixture into Rocks Glass
Add ice
Add 1 oz club soda
Garnish:
3 mint leaves on top
1 Blackberry
Apple Martini
Directions:
Add to large Shaker:
Scoop of Ice
1 1/2 oz Absolute Vodka
1 oz Green Apple Schnapps
1 oz Simple Syrup
1/4 oz Lemon Juice
SHAKE WELL
Drizzle Caramel on inside of Martini Glass so it streaks down
Strain into glass
Garnish:
3 Sliced Green apple fanned on toothpick laid across rim

Directions:
Add ice to Highball Glass
Build:
1 1/2 oz El Jimador Tequila
1/2 oz Lime Juice
2 oz Simple Syrup
PINCH of Salt
Roll with Large shaker
Pour into Highball glass
Add Ice
Add soda water IF NEEDED

1/4 wedge grapefruit in sugar place on rim

SHAKE AND POUR MIX into Rocks Glass
Add Ice IF NEEDED

Hot Honey Peach Margarita
Directions:
Coat Rocks Glass Rim with Tahin
Add to Large Shaker:
1 Scoop of Ice
3/4 oz Lime Juice
1 1/2 oz Jose Cuervo
1 oz Triple Sec
3 oz Peach Puree
3 count of Hot Honey
SHAKE HARD
POUR into Rocks glass
Garnish:
3 slices Jalapeno

Directions:
In Large Shaker (NO ICE)
Add:
1 OJ wheel with rind
2 Maraschino Cherries
Cherry Juice (little)
1/2 oz Simple syrup
3 Dash OJ Bitters
1 oz Pineapple Juice
MUDDLE A LOT
ADD:
1 1/2 oz Jim Beam
2 - 3 cubes of ICE
SHAKE HARD
Stain into Rocks glass
–with LARGE Ice Cube
Garnish:
1/2 slice OJ
Pineapple Chunk
Maraschino Cherry
Toothpick thru all

Directions:
Chill Martini Glass
In Large Shaker
Add:
Ice
1 1/2 Tito’s Vodka
1 oz Cointreau
1/2 oz Lime Juice
1 1/2 oz Cranberry Juice
SHAKE WELL
Dump ice from Martini glass
Stain into Glass
Garnish:
Lemon Twist
Italian Cherry Whiskey Sour
Directions:
Rub rim of Rocks Glass with Peel of and OJ
Set aside with peel for later use
In Large Shaker
Add:
3-4 Ice Cubes
1 TBSP of Luxardo Syrup
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Amaretto
1 1/2 oz Knob Creek Bourbon
SHAKE WELL
Pour Mix over Large Ice Cube in Rock glass
Garnish:
Add 3 Luxardo Cherries on top of cube - do not stir
Use Orange peel to zest then top for garnish
Strawberry Mojito
Directions:
Add to Pint Glass:
3/4 oz Simple Syrup
2 chopped Strawberries
2 Mint leaves
MUDDLE WELL
Add:
3/4 oz Lime Juice
1 1/2 oz Bacardi Rum
3/4 oz Strawberry Puree
STIR with Tall Spoon
Top with Club soda
Garnish:
2 mint leaves
1 sliced strawberry
Orange Crush
Directions:
Add in Large Shaker:
1 scoop of Ice
1 1/2 oz Tito’s vodka
1 1/2 oz Triple Sec
6 oz Orange Juice
2 Dash OJ Bitters
TOSS between large and small shaker ONE TIME
Pour into Mason Jar
Top with Sprite
