A

Variety: Consume a variety of food as they contain different types and amounts of nutrients.

Balance : To balance food intake with physical activities to maintain a healthy body weight.

Moderation : To eat in moderation means to avoid eating too much or too little of the same type of food in order to obtain all the nutrients we need in the correct amounts.
