The body will start to use up other parts of the body this can lea to starvation and muscle tissue and proteins are used up

There are three types of sugars
Intrinsic sugars
Extrinsic sugars
Milk sugars
Intrinsic sugars are what
These sugars contained with the cells of the food like apples or banana
Extrinsic sugars are
Sugars not contained inside the cells e.g soft drinks procesed foods
Milk sugars
These are found in milk and milk products such as cheese
Milk sugar is what
Lactose
Where should most of our sifts come from
Intrinsic sugars ( starch)
Basal metabolic rate is where
You are resting but not sleeping
The basal metabolic rate can vary
on gender age and body size
