Single leg foot work
RB to RRR
One leg in tabletop, other with toes on bar. Push out and return.
Can also do on heels or on toes with heel lifted
Can straighten free leg toward ceiling when push carriage back
Single leg footwork tendon stretch
Supine, pushback with toes on one leg as other leg points to ceiling. Raise and lower heel and return to start position
Single leg work progressions parallel
Supine, push carriage back with one leg and extend free leg to ceiling, lower leg to bar and back up
flex and point both feet and return to starting position
Single leg work progressions turned out
Place ball of foot on foot bar with heel slightly raised and legs turned out. Straighten leg with other leg over footbar. Push carriage back by straightening the standing leg. Bend the knee of the straight leg inside the big toe along the lower leg before extending it up to the ceiling. Lower freely down to barn back up. Rotate free leg up to the side without losing stability of pelvis. Flex and point both feet and then return to the starting position
