Log or exponential growth phase
A
(2) The environment is sufficient and organisms begin to grow due to sufficient oxygen availability, water activity, or temperature

Stationary phase
A
(3) The number of cells growing is equal to the number of cells dying. Typically due to depleted nutrients such as the ones stated before

A
(4) The cells are no longer viable because the product was cooked, dried, or irradiated
