Who is Bacon?
He was a scientist who used the scientific method. He believed that by better uderstanding the world scientsists would generate practitcal knowledge taht would improve peoples lives.
Who is Descartes?
Descartes was a matematcion.
He developed analytical geomatry which linked algebra and geomerty. He relied on mathetics and lodgic, he believed everything should be doubted until proved by lodgic an reason.
Who was Newton?
Issac newton was a mathematician and physician. Newton was certain that all physical objects were equally effected by the same forces.
What did Newton Discover?
He discovered the same force ruled motion of the planets and all mater on earth and in space. The key idea is that the earth was the law of universial gravity.
How did the scientific revolution change the way people thought?
People started to question their authority and beliefs because they were learning about new inventions and discoveries
