Back pain:
Case 1
- Basic MSK injury
- basic NSAIDS/paracteomol
- No imaging - complete waste of time
- 6 weeks
- Night pain
- Radicular pain- follows
Disc prolapse: / Sciatica
- > Back pain with leg pain often lasts longer - 6 weeks
- Regular simple analgesia
- Physiotherapy
- Emergency (cauda equina) need to rule out
Need to follow up!!!!

- Big problems
