A

○ Most enzim bertindak balas at julat pH 6-8 ( optimum ) , some can be pH 1.5-2.5 / 6-10
○ Perubahan nilai pH changed cas ion H+ for tapak enzim & permukaan substrat , so kompleks enzim-substrat X terbentuk
○ When pH back to optimum , cas at tapak aktif dipulihkan & enzim back to normal
○ Perubahan nilai pH ekstrem memutuskan ikatan kimia struktur & change tapak aktif enzim ternyahasli
