What should be done if the ECB fails at an incident?

Elapsed time (Time Rx) since loss of signal between ECB and BA set
Indication that a telemetry signal connection exists
Multiple alarms for voluntary withdrawal, DSU, ADSU, 10 minutes until time of warning
What is the difference between Distress To Wearer and Wearer In Distress?
Distress to wearer is the malfunction of the BA set, and Wearer in distress is a problem with the wearer
Where should the ECP be sited?

In a safe position
As near to the scene of operations as possible
In safe air
In a position where it won’t need to be moved
