Lactose isn’t digested causing a build up of gas in large intestine which cause cramps diarrhoea and bloating

Allows repetitive use(removing lactose from milk for the lactose intolerant)

A
Mix it with sodium alginate then add it in drops to calcium chloride solution to trap it in beads of calcium alginate
