What does turgor pressure mean

A

No more water can enter cell due to pressure inside. Makes cells hard and rigid, keeps leaves, stems of plant rigid and firm. (hypotonic)

A

A

When more water is lost the vacoule and cytoplasm shrink, cell membrane pulls away (shrivel) from cell wall. Usually in laboratory
