Defined as damage to the body caused by an external force.

Defined as injury that has the potential to cause disability or death.

What happens as a result of involuntary inflammatory response?
A
Increased blood flow
Increased metabolic rate
Redness at the site of injury due to increased blood flow and rupture of blood vessels.
Pain caused by pressure on pain receptors due to oedema.

Bone structure deformity, damage or loss of structure
