this week I haven’t done much. Since coming back from vacation I’ve been relaxing and doing things around the house like cleaning and tidying up. I did go to the movies this week. I went yesterday. The movie I saw wasn’t very good. It was a horror movie called “imaginary”.
It’s about a woman who moves back to her childhood home with her husband and his to kids and the littlest girl develops an imaginary friend. Turns out its the same imaginary friend that the woman had when she was a kid and hes evil. The idea of the film is interesting but I don’t think they made it well.

Esta semana no he hecho mucho. Desde que regresé de vacaciones me he estado relajando y haciendo cosas en la casa como limpiar y ordenar. Fui al cine esta semana. Fui ayer. La película que vi no fue muy buena. Era una película de terror llamada “imaginaria”.
Se trata de una mujer que regresa a la casa de su infancia con su marido y sus hijos y la niña más pequeña desarrolla una amiga imaginaria. Resulta que es el mismo amigo imaginario que tenía la mujer cuando era niña y es malvado. La idea de la película es interesante pero no creo que la hayan hecho bien.

Well, i’m starting work on monday so this week I did a lot of things that needed to get done before I work long hours. I went to the gym almost every day, I took my dog to the vet for her vaccinations, my boyfriend and I cleaned the house and did some things that needed to be done.
Last night 3 friends came over and we had some drinks and we painted photos of each other. Every 5 min we swap paintings and the next person would have to continue. It was a lot of fun but the paintings turned out really bad. I’ll show you.
Bueno, empezaré a trabajar el lunes, así que esta semana hice muchas cosas que debían hacerse antes de trabajar muchas horas. Iba al gimnasio casi todos los días, llevaba a mi perro al veterinario para que le vacunara, mi novio y yo limpiábamos la casa e hacíamos algunas cosas que había que hacer.
Anoche vinieron 3 amigos, tomamos unas copas y nos pintamos fotos unos a otros. Cada 5 min intercambiamos cuadros y la siguiente persona tendría que continuar. Fue muy divertido pero las pinturas quedaron muy mal. Te mostrare.
I started work this week.
Its another TV series. It’s called Gen V. It’s also a super hero show like “The Boys”, same world and it’s also on Amazon prime. This week was “prep” and next week as well and then we start to film on April 8th. This week most of the cast came to Toronto and were meeting with different departments like costumes, hair and makeup.
Yesterday my boyfriend and I went to his parents for easter. We didn’t do a typical easter dinner. Instead we had soup, fish and perogies and it was just a short visit.
And tonight, im going out for dinner for a friends birthday. We’re going to go to one of my favourite restaurants, Bar Isabel. It’s a Spanish tappas restaurant and they have such good food.
Empecé a trabajar esta semana.
Es otra serie de televisión. Se llama Gen V. También es un programa de superhéroes como “The Boys”, el mismo mundo y también está en Amazon Prime. Esta semana fue “preparación” y la próxima también y luego comenzamos a filmar el 8 de abril. Esta semana la mayoría del elenco vino a Toronto y se reunió con diferentes departamentos como vestuario, peluquería y maquillaje.
Ayer mi novio y yo fuimos a pasar la Pascua con sus padres. No hicimos una típica cena de Pascua. En lugar de eso, comimos sopa, pescado y perogies y fue solo una visita corta.
Y esta noche saldré a cenar por el cumpleaños de un amigo. Vamos a ir a uno de mis restaurantes favoritos, el Bar Isabel. Es un restaurante de tappas españolas y tienen muy buena comida.

We were supposed to start filming a new TV series this week but last weekend, one of the actors died. He got into a motocycle accident friday night on his way back to Toronto.
So now, we’ve stopped working for a few weeks while the writers figure out what to do. I think I’ll be back at work by the end of the month
Esta semana no he hecho mucho. He ido al gimnasio casi todos los días y simplemente me he relajado en casa.
Se suponía que íbamos a empezar a rodar una nueva serie de televisión esta semana, pero el fin de semana pasado murió uno de los actores. Tuvo un accidente de motocicleta el viernes por la noche cuando regresaba a Toronto.
Así que ahora hemos dejado de trabajar durante algunas semanas mientras los escritores deciden qué hacer. Creo que volveré al trabajo a finales de mes.
This week a worked a couple of days on a TV show. We were shooting downtown. It was quite interesting because normally when we film on the street we stop traffic, cars and pedestrians but this director wanted the traffic to go through. So there could be people walking by in the show and they don’t even know it.
Actually, in the scene there is a young guy who is acting like he has taken something, like drugs and a person, not with the crew, offered him money, on camera. It was very kind.
And the rest of the days I went to the gym almost everyday and after that just relaxed at home and walked my dog.
Esta semana trabajé un par de días en un programa de televisión. Estábamos filmando en el centro. Fue bastante interesante porque normalmente cuando filmamos en la calle detenemos el tráfico, los coches y los peatones, pero este director quería que el tráfico pasara. Entonces podría haber gente caminando en el programa y ni siquiera lo saben.
En realidad, en la escena hay un chico joven que actúa como si hubiera consumido algo, como drogas, y una persona, que no pertenece al equipo, le ofrece dinero, frente a la cámara. Fue muy amable.
Y el resto de los días iba al gimnasio casi todos los días y después simplemente me relajaba en casa y paseaba a mi perro.
Monday Tuesday and thursday I worked on a movie.
Trained almost every day at home and just relaxed at home. This weekend I’ll be getting all my work stuff together because I start a new project on Monday.
We were supposed to start filming about a month ago but one of our actors actually died. In a motorcycle accident the week before filming. So production had to stop. The writers had to go back and change the scripts.
