A

The advantages are that there is no need for the sender and recipient to be online at the same time, electronic messages can be stored, edited and forwarded to others, messages can be filtered to stop unwanted emails, messages can be filtered into folders and it costs less than post, telephone calls or faxes. The disadvantages are that you must have access to a computer or smartphone and have internet connection as well as an email address, many messages are unwanted, often you can’t send large attachments and the address has to be accurate.

The advantages are that meetings can be called at short notice as no need for travel arrangements, cost of travel is saved, cost of hiring a conference venue is saved, time spent travelling is saved and can be used to keep in easy contact with employees who work from home. The disadvantages are that initial costs can be high, must be a reliable connection via the internet, some people do not like to be on-camera, a lack of personal contact, and there can be difficulty when handing out documents.

The disadvantages are that there can be too much information, some search results may not be useful, it can be difficult to decide if information is accurate, some information may be inappropriate for reading and copyright restrictions might apply.
