trips AH-E-10, closes AH-D-120/121/122

Flow rates – 6,000 cfm total. 5,000 through in service filter and 1,000 through standby
Purpose of bleed air is to cool the fan compartment and remove decay heat from the standby charcoal filter (accident conditions)
