Unexpected death
Unnatural, violent, or resulting from accident or injury
During or directly related to a medical procedure, where death was not reasonably expected to occur due to the disease
While the pt is being held in care (e.g. police custody, involuntary psychiatric admission)
Of a person of unknown identity
