What is the treatment protocol for PF?

A

Immunosuppression

Prednisone 2-4mg/kg/day in dogs 4-8mg/kg/day in a cat

Cyclosporine 7-10mg/kg/day

Mycophenolate mofetil 20-40mg/kg/day divided into 3 doses

Azithioprine 1.5-2.5mg/kg/day until remission
