Tracking Sensitivity:
Positive = jump to new subjects,
Negative = stick to my subject.
Accel/Decel – use to set if subject is moving erratic (positive is very jumpy/erratic).
List the five options for AF SERVO
- Multi Purpose – Subjects that are moving not too quickly and with pattern.
- Keep tracking same target and ignore anything else. Car Racing.
- Can change focus on other subjects fast. Acquire new targets as quickly as possible.
- Same as Case-3 but for more erratic movements. Subjects that can move anywhere.
AUTO – this slows down tracking a bit.
HUNTING FOCUS – tips to fix
o Refocus by releasing and pressing focus button.
o Pre-focus ahead of the subject.
o Faster lens works best in low light.
