QRH:
Flight controls…hold firmly
Autopilot….disconnect (MSW)
Retrim airplane as necessary
Autopilot as desired.

When selecting AP on - what conditions must exist to engage?
A
Must be operational:
- Yaw Damp
- No faults horizontal stab
- No significant instability (turbulence)
- Both Flight Guidance Computers

Yaw damp inop - up to 31,000
