This section of the application includes full description of the vehicle, unrepaired damage, use and annual distance, lien or lease and registered owner vs actual owner
Described Automobile
This section of the application includes names of all drivers in the household or business, drivers license number of each, their date of birth, sex and marital status, date first licensed in canada and class of license at the time
Driver Information
This section of the application includes accidents or claims made in the past 6 years
Section 5 previous accidents and insurance claims
This section of the application includes convictions in the past 3 years excluding parking tickets

Section 4 driver information
To be eligible for a retiree discount the applicant must
Have no income, not working or operating a business. Be 65 or older. Be collecting CPP or QPP. Be the principal or rated driver of the vehicle
