What happens if ED1 fails in flight?
The PRI page is automatically transferred to ED 2.
When are N1 vibration gauges displayed?
After engine start after both engines are stabilized at idle and oil pressure is normal.
When is APU door position displayed?
Always
What are the conditions for a takeoff config. warning?
Power is advanced more than 70% N1, and the aircraft is not in takeoff configuration.
Takeoff Config warning system monitors the positions of the flaps, flight spoilers, parking brake, autopilot, aileron/rudder/stab trims.
When EICAS displays are operated on the ground without AC power, what limitation should be taken into account?
Do not operate for more than 5 minutes without AC power, as ED 1 and 2 will not be cooled.
What is the function of the DCU?
Collect data from various aircraft systems and relay it to the proper component or display.
Should the ECP fail, there are four mechanical buttons which will retain their function, what are they?
PRI, STAT, CAS, STEP
When are landing gear and flaps removed from the PRI display page?
Landing gear is up and locked.
Flaps are up.
BTMS is normal.
