- Increased risk of stroke
- Increased risk of VTE

What are the side effects specific to clozapine?

- Agranulocytosis (Main side effect)
- Neutropenia
- Reduced seizure threshold - can induce seizures in 3% of patients.

FBC monitoring is essential.
