What do attractors emerge from
recurrent networks , have outputs from some units connected to inputs of others.
what is a truth table and what does it do
A truth table is a table of possible states for the vehicle/ neuron could be in.
For instance a vehicle with 3 nodes could have 8 possible states it could be in at any one time
What is an attractor
A property of a complex system, such as a neural network, a set of states that a system can adopt where state 1 goes to 2 goes to 3
WHat is a basin of attraction
Is a state to which many other states will eventually lead.
what is a point attractor
a single or state point (all generates 1)
what is a cyclic attractor
an endless loop
WHy are they useful ? e.g.
They are useful in neural networks, e.g. the Hpofield auto associator network, an attractor is like memory, the states which lead to it are the process of memory recall.
