Social Isolation
Nobody ever truly isolated. Never has positive impacts as we crave human interaction. Majority of behaviour is an outcome of desire to be with people. Have he ability to enjoy being alone but desire interaction more often. Isolation has been shown to result in isolation.

Viewed as attractive feature. Originally believed to be a sign of healthy genetics. Undermined my averageness and exceptions in media.
Averageness
More recently shown to be an increasingly desired feature. Goes against older theories.
Youthfulness - STUDY
Men asked to rate women and vice versa. Men rated younger women more attractive. Women had more variability as older women rated older men higher and younger rated younger higher.
Halo Effect
People considered more attractive are more likely to get a job and better grades and less likely to end up in jail. Explained by attractiveness being linked to goodness by people even though this may be incorrect. Helpfulness and intelligence also linked with being attractive for this reason.
