A
Almost all indictable only and either way ones, but not summary ones

A
Doing an act more than merely preparatory to the commission of an offence, with the intent of committing it

What is the MR for an attempt?
A
Intention (not recklessness) to commit that exact offence
Eg. for murder, intention to kill (not cause GBH) required

A
